Sailing Camp takes place at the Cobnor Activities Centre, Cobnor Point, part of the Chichester Harbour Complex. The boats we use are nine Bosun dinghies, together with a diesel engine safety boat. Life jackets are supplied and instruction is according to Royal Yachting Association principles. A qualified RYA Senior Sailing Instructor is present during all sailing activities. Also, during the weekend there is sometimes the opportunity for some of the young people to sail on a 35' Yacht, which may venture out of the harbour.
Cost: The cost for the weekend is £42 which includes food, hire of boats, and the accommodation, which includes toilets, dining room, kitchen, drying room and showers.
Duration: The course starts on Friday evening with an evening meal at 18:30. The weekend ends on Sunday after an evening service at Cobnor which should finish around 20:00.
